A lot has happen in the past two weeks. It actually feels like two months but yes about two weeks ago matt injured his back while we were on tour. We had to cancel shows and fly him home while Taylor, Mike and i, drove our van back to brooklyn. Once matt got home he started seeing a chiropractor and spent alot of time on the couch/bed/floor. He was all high on pain killers and muscle relaxers and one day was watching TV for 10 minutes before realizing the sound wasn’t on. He’s now toughing it out naturaly. He keeps seeing the doctor every few days to get him back on track. Matt has had electricity sent through him, been hung upside down and keeps having his vertebrae put back into place (those suckers keep wanting to pop out!) With all this he is feeling much better. So we’re just going to go for it, strap his back brace on him, throw him on stage and show that back who’s boss!

This all leads us to this wednesday. We will be playing on the santa monica pier in california. It is the Levi’s 3rd annual powersliding championship. It starts at 3 PM and we’ll go on right at 3:45. This is at the north parking lot of the santa monica pier. Check out this video to see how perfectly ridiculous (in a good way) this thing is going to be.

After this we are basically touring till october. Below are some dates that include australia, europe, south america and then back to the US. I don’t have the US dates yet but i will post them as soon as i get them. Check back to our website soon for more details.

We will also be making up the shows we missed because of matt’s back.
