I feel like it has been a while since we put up a new shirt. I know we are slacking, but it is so easy to do that in the summer months. I will tighten my game when fall hits.

First off, let me say that everyone who has called and texted is awesome! I love listening and reading these messages. So many of you have responded that I have fallen a bit behind, but I promise that every day I am writing back, so soon enough you will hear from me!

Kim: Oh man here is my secret. Soak your clothes in water and then put them in the freezer. After an hour take them out and wear them. The first two minutes are painful but after that it is awesome!
